Es un beneficio que se otorga a los trabajadores cesantes(actualmente sin vinculación laboral) que cumplan con los requisitos establecidos en la Ley 1636 de 2013.
Durante el período cesante, los postulantes podrán acceder a los servicios de capacitación laboral, pago a salud, pensión, transferencia económica e incentivo adicional por ahorro voluntario de cesantías.

Una transferencia económica equivalente a 1.5 SMMLV durante un periodo máximo de (4) meses distribuida así:
primer pago: 40% de 1.5 smmlv.
Segundo pago: 30% de 1.5 smmlv.
tercer pago: 20% de 1.5 smmlv.
cuarto pago: 10% de 1.5 smmlv.
El aporte se hará a la última EPS y último Fondo de Pensión calculado sobre un (1) salario mínimo mensual legal vigente, durante 6 meses.
El postulante debe estar en situación de desempleo (Sin ingreso mensual).
Haber realizado aportes continuos o discontinuos a cualquier Caja de Compensación Familiar durante los últimos tres (3) años así:
Trabajadores Dependientes: 12 meses continuos o discontinuos.
Trabajadores Independientes: 24 meses continuos o discontinuos.
No estar afiliado como COTIZANTE a una EPS o Caja de Compensación Familiar.
Estar inscrito en la Agencia de Empleo y Emprendimiento de Comfasucre. Conozca cómo hacer el proceso de inscripción y toda la información sobre la agencia de empleoaquí.
Tener disposición para la búsqueda de empleo a través de la Agencia de Empleo y Emprendimiento de Comfasucre.
Cumplir con los programas de capacitación definidos por la Agencia de Empleo.
Nota: En caso de suspensión del pago de los beneficios (aporte a salud y pensión, transferencia económica ), para su reactivación es indispensable haber culminado la totalidad de la capacitación.

Es la devolución de los dineros correspondientes a los beneficios recibidos del seguro desempleo por el o los periodos que el beneficio contaba con vinculación laboral.
